In addition CCE has undertaken a two pronged expansion plan: to establish a presence in currently underserved markets and to hire additional Escrow officers who have an identifiable and distinct market niche with a relevant book of business.

Becky Thoennes brought years of experience with her when she joined the Central California Escrow team in 2005. Well know among commercial real estate agents and the local business community she specializes in bulk sales.
Escrow Officer: Jean Lucas: 661-716-5000 Ext. 13
With over 30 years of local real estate and escrow experience, Jean Lucas’ skills and reputation make her one of the area’s top escrow officers. Her wealth of industry knowledge is a great asset to Central California Escrow.
Escrow Officer: Angie Hernandez: 661-716-5000 Ext. 18
Angie Hernandez has been in the Escrow industry for over 13 years in Kern County. Being bilingual, she has been an industry leader in educating and providing a high level closing services to the emerging market client base in the outlining areas of Bakersfield. Angie will serve as the Central California Delano Branch manager, opening soon!

Shellie Simpson has been in the Title and Escrow industry since 1992. Specializing in Tracts, Refinances, REO’s, Short Sales and Resale property, she served as the Kern County contact for Lenders Advantage handling refinance transactions in Florida, Texas, Arizona and California prior to coming to Central California Escrow.

Another of Central California Escrow’s bilingual staff, Julissa Sanchez has been in Escrow for over 9 years, three years of which she ran a successful branch in Delano. Julissa is well experienced having closed escrows in resale, refinance, commercial and vacant land transactions. Once again, she will serve the Delano Market when Central California Escrow’s Delano Branch opens.

Renee Williams started in the industry in 1995 when she assisted in handling listings, marketing, escrow follow up, short sale and REO processing and management. Renee later expanded her experience base and responsibility to tract/resale, commercial/bulk sale specializing in manufactured homes, refi’s, resale, and short sales.

In addition to assisting the entire staff Cory Davis’ expertise is in escrow accommodations including the processing of quit-claims and inter-spousal transfers to name a few. Being bi-lingual, Spanish and English, Cory has been an essential part of Central California Escrow since 2002.
